Murphy's Treats offers the following subscription options:

  • Monthly Subscription: Recurring monthly delivery of dog treats.
  • Flexible Subscription: Order as needed, without set delivery frequency.

Subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected schedule, unless you modify or cancel your subscription

Subscription Pauses: You can pause your subscription at any time by updating your account.  Pauese must be made at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

 

Payment & Billing
Billing Frequency: Payments will be charged on the same date each month, depending on your subscription start date.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Failed Payments: If your payment is declined, we will notify you, and your subscription will be paused until the payment issue is resolved.

 

Modifications & Cancellations
You can modify your subscription (product selection, frequency changes) at any time by logging into your account.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription anytime. If canceled after a charge has been made, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

Content Liability
